Cherry SE is presenting a wide range of new integration options for its switches at Computex 2024 in Taiwan.

Auerbach, 4 June 2024 - Cherry SE, the listed international manufacturer of peripherals for desktop computers, is presenting a wide range of new integration options for its switches at Computex 2024 in Taiwan. After a long period of silence, the tech giant is now conquering the market again. At one of the world's largest IT trade fairs, CHERRY will be showcasing new editions of popular, established switches in addition to product integrations.

With its ‘MX technology’, CHERRY has been one of the market leaders in keyboards with mechanical switches for decades. With its presence at Computex, the German-American company is making it clear that it remains the industry leader and is providing initial insights into exciting future projects and products. ‘Participating in Computex 2024 in Taiwan, one of the world's most important IT trade fairs, is highly symbolic for us. International trade fair visitors looking for the latest, most powerful components for the further development of desktops and notebooks at Computex will get their money's worth at the CHERRY stand. Among other things, the company will be presenting:

The MX Silent Clear, CHERRY's first noise-dampened tactile switch, developed specifically for the high-end, high-priced mechanical productivity keyboard market. The patented damping creates the best possible conditions for low-noise typing in the office environment, and is being launched together with the top Taiwanese manufacturer Ducky.

The MX Orange, a new edition of an old classic from the 1980s, which was specially produced in response to requests from enthusiasts in the gaming world. It combines the classic, nostalgic design with the latest technology to meet the high demands of PC gamers, including reliable key input and a long service life.

The MX Low Profile 2.0, which meets the market demand for keyboards with a lower profile. CHERRY has consistently developed and improved the second generation of its original MX LP switches, expanding the product range with improved red and speed linear variants as well as a new ivory linear switch for office keyboards and the first tactile Cherry low profile switch, the MX LP Clear.

In addition, the company is presenting a first version of its new MX Multipoint, CHERRY's first analogue induction switch in three variants - linear, linear heavy and progressive - which will be integrated into Ducky and Varmillo products for the first time at Computex. CHERRY plans to present this product series on a larger scale at the beginning of 2025 with many other innovations in in-house production.
