Nina-Maria Werly named Chief of Staff at Cherry SE

Cherry SE continues on its path of modernisation and transformation, and has appointed Nina-Maria Werly as Chief of Staff as of 1 August 2024.

Munich, 15. August 2024 – Cherry SE continues on its path of modernisation and transformation, and has appointed Nina-Maria Werly as Chief of Staff as of 1 August 2024. 
Nina-Maria Werly joined the Cherry SE management team as Chief of Staff at the beginning of August. With her extensive expertise in corporate strategy, communication, HR and project management, she will be directly supporting CEO Oliver Kaltner. In her new role, Werly will play a key role in shaping and leading strategic business initiatives, supporting the Management Board in decision-making processes and communication, optimising internal and external processes, coordinating organisational processes and contributing to financial reports and investor relations activities.

Nina-Maria Werly most recently spent two years as Head of Operations at LOFINO GmbH, a leading SaaS service provider for HR and payroll processes. In this role, she led the project management teams for key accounts, optimised internal processes and was responsible for user and customer support. After successfully completing her management studies at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and the European University of Applied Sciences EUFH, she gained valuable experience as a team leader in the Project Management Office (PMO) and Corporate Communications at Hays AG. There, she led the executive team of the Chief Strategic Client Officer and acted as a strategic sparring partner for members of the management team.
